Signum Group LLC

is a licensed, bonded, and insured independent dealership, consulting, brokerage, trading and export consignment company based in Florida, USA. The Signum brand was first established in Europe in 1991, where we built a strong foundation in the automotive import and trade. In 2007, we expanded our operations to the United States, combining decades of experience in both importing and exporting vehicles.

Today, we operate with 34 years of experience in import and export in the automotive industry, managing every stage of the process — from sourcing and exporting rare, high-value automobiles to helping U.S. dealers export their premium inventory worldwide. This dual expertise ensures unmatched insight, efficiency, and results across the full spectrum of international automotive transactions.

We provide expert sourcing, negotiation, and transaction management for rare, custom, and high-performance vehicles, backed by full export and compliance services.

Operating in a highly specialized niche, we focus on artisanal, individualized research to locate rare, low-production, exotic, vintage, sports, race, and luxury vehicles based on each client’s exact specifications. Acting as your broker, legal representative, and on-the-ground expert, we manage every detail with precision and care — from vehicle search and price negotiation to purchase, export coordination, and delivery.

3. E-Consignment Program & Export Global Marketplace Development

A concept pioneered by Signum Group, E-Consignment allows us to act as the dedicated export division for selected American dealerships, representing and selling their extensive inventory to qualified international buyers through Signum Group LLC as their dedicated exporter.

We are also building a global online export/import marketplace and portal in collaboration with our network of U.S. dealers — covering both regular vehicles and the full spectrum of luxury, high-end SUVs, hypercars, supercars, and ultra cars.

This platform will serve as a central hub for export/import services, connecting participating American dealers with private clients and professional buyers worldwide, streamlining transactions, and maximizing international visibility for their premium inventory.
